We are pleased to announce the availability of Paul Cocksedge's designs "CHANGE THE RECORD - SIGNED EDITION" and "RECORD BOWL - SIGNED EDITION" in our online shop.

Our relationship began with participation in the Japan-UK exhibition "Mark-ing" (co-organised by the British Council).
We handled "CHANGE THE RECORD" in 2011, and now, with this new self-standing specification, it joins our selection alongside the newly added "RECORD BOWL".
Both are limited editions bearing Paul Cocksedge's signature.

These works are created by heating and three-dimensionalizing the records destined for recycling or landfill.
"CHANGE THE RECORD" is reborn as a speaker amplifying smartphone audio, while "RECORD BOWL" is reborn as a bowl for small items.

In today's society where digital audio sources dominate, his playful approach has successfully found new value in discarded analog LP records, granting them a renewed role within our lives.

Paul Cocksedge
Paul Cockedge studied product design under Ron Arad during his MA at the Royal College of Art in the UK. During his studies, he met Issey Miyake and Ingo Maurer, both of whom showcased his early work in exhibitions. Maurer further provided Cockedge with an opportunity to exhibit his work within his own booth at Milan Design Week in 2003. There, Cockedge presented pieces including "Styrene" and "NeON", as well as work that would later lead to "Life01", released by Flos.
In 2004, he established Paul Cockedge Studio with business partner Joana Pinho. Since then, the studio has expanded its client base to include luxury fashion brands, interior manufacturers, and major cultural institutions. Handling everything in-house--from concept development and installations to public interventions and interiors--it has earned international acclaim. Paul Kooksedge Studio continually challenges technological boundaries to create unique design experiences. Its genre-transcending approach and refined designs are revolutionising contemporary design.
